Background/Experience...I was in project management and business process reengineering with large information technology corporations for 10 years. Fortunately, I took a plunge out of the corporate world to build my own real estate investment business. After researching several competitive resort markets along the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico, I came back to invest in the coastal region of Alabama. The decision became very easy once I finished my due diligence period and learned investing around Alabama's Gulf Coast allowed many opportunities for tremendous growth and returns.
My passion for real estate investments led me into an active real estate professional role. With a numbers-driven approach, I create customized marketing plans that help maximize property exposure to the most qualified buyers. For buyers, I create customized investment proformas. I am my toughest competition. I expect the best and hold myself accountable to consistently deliver the results you deserve.
My project management experience and strong analytical skills allow me to seamlessly take a first time real estate investor or experienced, savvy investor from point A to Z.
